How NOT To Buy Miles For Flights

A RoverTreks Micro-Blog Post

Have you noticed this money making trick by the airlines? When you buy tickets for a flight, you'll see a prompt to buy more miles using their mileage multiplier offer. Here's how it works.

If you're flying 1,000 miles, the airline will present you with an offer to buy double or triple the miles you'll fly.

Is it worth it?

NO! Think of the miles as points in a loyalty program. The price per mile or point is too high.
