RoverTreks limits user logins for security reasons as cited in Section 15.
15. Prohibited Conduct and Security
You agree not to misuse this Site. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- Introducing or transmitting viruses, malware, trojans, worms, spyware, logic bombs, or any other malicious or harmful code.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, databases, or any connected systems.

17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of informal notice, either party may initiate binding arbitration.
Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at adr.org. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, or at a mutually agreed location, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted solely on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against RoverTreks.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information pending the outcome of arbitration.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
For any matters not subject to arbitration under Section 17, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
19. Termination
RoverTreks may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, terminate, or block your access to the Site if we determine that you have breached these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the Site, its users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to access the Site will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution — shall remain in full force. Business charges paid, if applicable, are non-refundable upon termination.
