A fabulous seafood restaurant — for what it is where it is
If you're in the Port Lauderdale area awaiting embarkation on or debarkation from a cruise ship, this restaurant, The Rustic Inn, is one you should visit while you're in the area.
This restaurant is fabulous — a 5-star experience for what it is where it is. The oysters on the half-shell are the best we've eaten in years — and we travel the world continuously. The whole Maine lobster entrees are extraordinary. And the whole King Crab — a MASSIVE sight to behold — is extraordinary. We didn't eat the King Crab … we just took a picture of it! We saw a family of seven order it to share!
At first glance, the prices might seem to be a bit high. But once you experience the massive portions of fresh seafood the Rustic Inn serves up, you'll dismiss the cost and realize it's worth it.
